  1. Check the calendar for availability

  2. Contact us with your preferred dates 

  3. We will respond within 24 hours with confirmation and bank details

  4. Pay 10% deposit immediately & the balance a month before arrival

  5. Cancellations within one month of arrival date charged in full 

  6. The fees include a professional clean once you leave
